"Quality of the product isn't worth the price..."
The quality of the product just ain't worth the cash. You could snag it from 1688/Alibaba for about USD1-2 each. My shipping address is in Hong Kong, but the items came from China - I can't wrap my head around why shipping costs me over USD30 when it should only be around USD3-6. Feels kinda like a scam to me when the promoter claimed this was a 'sponsor.' They also mentioned I'd get an email with tracking info once the items were sent out. Never saw that email. And when I tried to contact the promoter, they read my messages but didn't bother to respond.

These bandanas look adorable on my pups, but I think they’re a bit overpriced. When you add shipping to the cost, it’s just too steep for bandanas. That said, they are of decent quality and do look nice.

"Customer Service is Lacking"
As a high-end marketing agency, we were approached by them on Instagram, which you can check out in our stories. They asked us to promote their brand, and when we replied that we needed three products, we got a firm 'no' from them. Then, they had the audacity to refer to us as a 'woof company.' Seriously?
